Study of the relationship between follicle size and some hormonal and ionic components of ovarian follicular fluid with oocyte development in local goats (Capra hircus)

The research was intended for studying the association between follicular size and some hormonal ionic compounds fluid with oocyte development in ovaries of local goats (Capra hircus), period from September 2020 to March 2021 department Animal Production techniques at Al-Musaib Technical College. 150 genital organs were gathered adult non –pregnant female (does), which slaughtered Babylon province abattoirs, transferred laboratory within two hours. removed follicles counted their measured divided into three groups according these measurement, small a diameter less than 3mm(< 3 mm), medium 3-5mm, large greater 5mm(> 5 mm) follicles. aspirated purpose retrieval examination oocytes analysis its compounds.
